In My Studio - Rosenthal Art

Barbara and I are really looking forward to seeing old friends and clients and to meeting new ones.

Etching was the cutting edge of graphic art in 1500 AD and is still innovative and vital today.  With this in mind we will be demonstrating how to make and how to print etchings.  We may even ask your help to crank the press and if you have time to ink, wipe and print an etching plate.

San Luis Obispo has a very active printmaking group, the Central Coast Printmakers. They have been making original prints for over 34 years and have just organized the upcoming "PRESSING MATTERS" exhibit at the San Luis Obispo Museum of Art. We are proud of being founding members.

Besides our original prints we will be displaying Barbara's oil and acrylic paintings and Rosey's small gouache paintings.

We hope to see you at our Open Studio at location #134.
